Originally from Somalia, this student worked with ARNE Education Group to secure admission to an aviation programme in Malaysia, completed the full EMGS arrival process, and is now gaining hands-on experience at airports and with international airline partners — from the apron to the cockpit.

After receiving the offer letter, the student applied through EMGS for a Visa Approval Letter (VAL), obtained an entry visa, and travelled to Malaysia with all required documents.

Within seven working days of arrival, the mandatory EMGS health examination was completed at an approved panel clinic — a required step before student pass endorsement.

Classroom studies in airline operations, safety, and hospitality were combined with practical sessions at airports, aircraft cabins, and ground service facilities.
